Our Story
Bright Hill Properties was started by Joshua Jackson and was frankly born out of necessity and for very selfish reasons!Â
We are first and foremost Landlords and Developers ourselves, so it made sense practically for us to have our own Letting & Property Management company looking after our own interests.
From there we have grown organically, by word of mouth and recommendations, into a boutique, hands-on property Letting & Property Management agency.Â
This also made sense, as Joshua’s background was Estate Agency before becoming a Landlord and Developer.

Our mission is to exceed your expectations and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional Lettings and Property Management services, only giving advice we would give our family and friends. Our aim is to dispel the poor reputation Estate Agents often get.
Joshua, the founder is a chartered surveyor (MRICS) and industry specialist. He has worked within the property industry since 2004. In 2011 he became an Estate Agent and it was during this time has built his own property portfolio. In 2021 he set up his property investment and development business Bright Hill, it was also at this time he started doing his own lettings and property management and it was there that the green shoot of Bright Hill Properties was born.
